Built in 1995, the Bella Vista Carriage House is a lovely blend of confort and nostalgia. Perched at the top of a gradual slope to the bank of the San Marcos River, it provides a beautiful parklike setting for a relaxing "get-away from it all".

The house features a large downstairs living area with cable TV, VCR, queensize sofa-bed, kitchen with microwave oven and mini-refrigerator, a dining area, and bath with a large tile shower. The upstairs loft bedroom has a sitting area, queensize bed, 1/2 bath-dressing room, and a beautiful view from the large windows in the open gable dormer. The house has a covered porch on the river side, a cottage garden with swing, a covered and enclosed spa for five, as well as a riverside deck, firepit, and two acres of wooded property for leisurely strolls and bird watching.

The house comes complete with linens, dishes, glassware, silverware, coffee maker, toaster oven, condiments, and a barbecue grill with charcoal and lighter furnished. A freshly prepared "Breakfast Basket" is delivered each morning along with a morning newspaper.
