Notes and Quotes Stan Miller reported catching 39 fish, but only 3 keepers. 17 fish were caught on topwater by 7:30am Canyon benifited from the heavy rains catching about 5 additional feet of water within 48 hours of the tournament. All COE park ramps were closed to avoid ramp damage.
