Company Direction Present Situation Company Lulu's Autobahn Fuels was founded in 1998 and is presently in its start up stage.
Lulu's Autobahn Fuels can best be described as currently being in the business of 24 hour
pay at the pump gas station and Convenience Store (C-Store). In recent times our key
strengths have been meeting customer goals. The customer wants to pump and pay for fuel at
the pump and not be forced to go into the Convenience Store (C-Store) for fuel. This will
be a 24 hour fully automated gas station with no attendant needed. Management Most of our management team will be in place. However, we require a Store Manager to
complete our team, to be hired by March of 1999. Also, we are currently hiring 1 employee
to run the Convenience Store (C-Store) during the week and cover days off for owners. Products At present our product is in the equipment stage. Our current product line is in need of: 1. New fuel equipment (4-pumps, 2-tanks (12K, 8k, and 5k). 2. Canopy. 3. Four- monitoring of tanks. 4. Fuel stop. 5. Lighting and Uninterrupted Power Source (UPS) protection. 6. Card readers for each fuel point. 7. Fast Fax (Tells the fueller when to send and how much fuel to send for each tank). 9. Bill Acceptors for each fueling point ( BAC's). 10. 2500 square foot new Convenience Store (C-Store) with walk in cooler, and central
air and heat. Services At present our service is in the start up stage. Our current service is in need of up
grading which includes a new gas station and Convenience Store (C-Store). Market Environment The marketplace has been expanding for 2 years. We are now poised to expand into the fully automated, 24 hour, no attendant need, pay at the pump, gas station and Convenience
Store (C-Store). Pricing and Profitability Current prices are holding and profits are rising. Customers Current customers are using our product for fast in and out pay at the pump fuels. They
are requesting that we card reads and bill acceptors with no attendant needed. Distribution We have Fuellers available in San Marcos, in San Antonio, and in Gonzales to supply
fuel at 1401 Huisache Avenue, New Braunfels, Texas, 78130. Financial Status Current cash available is $10,000. Our current ratio will be 0.27. Our quick ratio will be 0.27. Vision By 2000, Lulu's Autobahn Fuels will be a highly visible company known as the fasted gas
station in the fuel and Convenience Store (C-Store) industry. We will have developed and
marketed these products in the gasoline business, becoming a leader in the pay at the pump
