INTERIOR OPERATION will Include

• The existing structure will be eliminated. A traditional store design consisting of 2,475 square feet will be developed.
  
  

• Full Interior graphics and signage programs.
  
  

• Designated, in-store parking of at least eight spaces.
  
  

• Interior, public, handicap restrooms. The female restroom will have primary access.
  
  

• No on-site food preparation. An expanded, "defined product" selection will be offered as available from outside commercial sources.

• Emphasis on "consumable" categories. However, limited grocery items will be offered in support of the residential population.
  
  

• A minimum of a ten-door, walk-in display cooler and a reach-in display freezer will be available.

• The acceptance of food stamps and manufacturer coupons.
  
  

• Lottery/Lotto offered via a designated transaction area.
  
  

• An ATM unit placed within the store.
  
  

• An expanded beverage/fast food counter dominantly positioned and highlighted in the overall operation that includes full product offerings of all beverage categories as well as a full condiment/preparation area.
