Dear Mr. Hayward:


This correspondence is to apprise you of the cursory review of your prelim site plan at 1401 Huisache Avenue. Please note that your licensed general contractor will be required to follow all guidelines for issuance of a building permit to include the submission of 2 site, construction, electrical and mechanical plans.
The following recommendations are advised for your proposed project -
1) Have a I a-foot instead of a 24-foot high canopy,
2) Relocate bushes/hedges obstructing IH-35 frontage road exits;
3) Provide only one entry/exit an Perryman Street (closer to the store); and
4) Have one parking space for each 200 square feet of gross floor area, which also
I includes spaces for disability access
You will also need to provide a billboard height comparison of properties in the immediate area to verify that an 80-foot high billboard is consistent with other area signs
This review is for the site plan received an February 8. Any subsequent revisions, should reflect the aaforementioned recommendations presented in this letter; the final s plan will be reviewed by at least two departments and the Building Official.
