Posts are Cemented pad in the ground base of 1 Foot thich 4000+ Psi to keep posts from spreading, Rebare in floor and ground or 16" on centor screwed 3/4" plywood floor, rebar set minum 12" by 12", roof Steel or 16' centor 3" Screwed in 3/4" Plywood and grounded from lighting striks. Wood post minum 12" by 12" 40' long, or steel I-beam posts. All corners of homes Screed, Outside Walls on 16" Centor with Steel or 3" screws with 3/4" Plywood.
