Ministry Guide
There are different kinds of gifts but the same Spirit; there are different
forms of service
but the same Lord; there are different workings but the same God who produces
all of them in everyone. To each individual the Manifestation of the Spirit is
given for some benefit.

The mission of Bible Study Class is to study and discuss the three readings for
the coming Sunday, plus long-range studies such as Acts of the Apostles,

The Mission
of the Cursillo de Cristiandad is to enhance spiritual and communal life of the
parish through the Cursillo Movement.
EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS OF COMMUNION

Eucharistic Ministers assist the priests with communion distribution during
Mass. Some also minister to and bring communion to the sick, to those in the
hospital, and rest homes in our community. Training is held approximately three
times a year. There are no regularly scheduled meetings.

The mission of the Fiesta Committee is to support the parish financially by
coordinating the annual fundraiser which promotes fellowship and social,
cultural, and religious values while providing family oriented entertainment for
the community.

Gift Bearers bring to the Altar the gifts of the people of God to be presented
to God, our Father. These gifts are the offering (collection) of the people
along with the Bread (Hosts) and the Wine which after Consecration become the
Body and Blood of Jesus Christ truly present in the Eucharist and which we
receive when we go to Holy Communion.

The members of this presidium visit private homes, nursing homes, funeral homes,
and the local hospital and to distribute rosaries, spiritual literature and meet
the needs for special prayer request. We pray the Rosary in different homes
every Thursday at 7:30 pm

The mission of the Claretian Guild and Christian Mothers is to aid the
furtherance of the work of the Claretian Missionary Fathers and Christian

The St. John's Rosary Guild is dedicated to spreading the Rosary throughout the
world . We make Mission Rosary's and are now making Ranger Rosary's for the
military in Iraq, Afghanistan and other military bases throughout the world. We

SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL

The St Vincent de Paul Society is a Catholic lay organization dedicated to
bringing concrete aid and the comfort of the Gospel to the needy and the
suffering by home visitation. This loving service, in turn, brings each member
closer to God and helps the relationship with him grow. Meetings are held on the
1st and 3rd Wednesday at 7 pm in the Social Ministry
